Great package! Especially appreciated the service of Arthur at the Elite check in desk. The Sheraton Marina San Diego worked out perfectly for our trip.

Couldn’t find my reservation but did work it out finally. I had email and hard copy reservation info.
Check in procedure was was very smooth. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive.
Lovely pre flight stay at the Sheraton. Parking is perfect especially if you have a late return flight like we did as the shuttle from the airport to the hotel runs until midnight. Be aware that there are two Sheratons - the main hotel and then the Bay tower. We stayed in the Bay Tower. It is quieter than the main hotel and the rooms are a bit dated but the bed is very comfortable and there was a nice big deal for taking care of last minute work.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The dining was adequate, but the selection of food was not - few entrees to choose from.

Everything was not only perfect, we met another couple on the shuttle that was coming home from Hawaii and they said it's the only way they have parked their car long term at the airport for about five years now. This was our first time trying this option. It won't be our last....it's the way to go, so stress free.
Nice room and view. Friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel was attractive and well located over-all. The parking fees were high, however. My room had a strong mildew smell.

Fabulous. The Sheraton even offered free paddle boarding. That was fun.

Food service options were poor. Procedure for validation of parking and retrieving car was a mess. Valet not available to validate ticket; other staff unable to understand procedure. Desk attendant issued a substitute room key that didn't work. When valet returned he was unprofessional. The scan of my "parking ticket" to validate could have been done at check "IN" to prevent this issue.
Hotel was great
Main hotel is nice. The second tower by the Airport parking Rea is not nearly as nice and we didn't even have hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best. Pool over there is closed and you had to walk to the other tower.
